Temp Coordinator, Sales Operations

We are searching for a Coordinator, Sales Operations, to join our Sales team in our West Los Angeles office. This role offers a hands-on learning experience supporting the day-to-day operations of a fastpaced, evolving area of the entertainment business. The position focuses on scheduling and tracking asset deliveries, ensuring accurate coordination between internal teams and systems, and providing general support to the Sales Operations team as needed. The ideal candidate is motivated, intellectually curious, highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently with a collaborative, can-do attitude.

As a department, Sales Operations supports the Sales team on all aspects of deal pipeline management including but not limited to creating availability reports for pitching to clients; tracking new deals from the client offer stage; liaising with other teams regarding data entry in our rights management system, drafting agreements and billing; and ordering & tracking materials delivery.

This is a full-time temporary position.

Reports to: Vice President, Sales Operations
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $25/hr - $27/hr; 6 months contract with possibility of an extension to full-time permanent
Paid Time Off: Holidays, Paid Sick Leave
Work Location: We offer a flexible, hybrid setting where employees work both from home and onsite in West LA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule film and television asset deliveries after sales selections are secured, ensuring delivery methods, dates, and specifications are accurately communicated.

  • Liaise with Sales Operations, Production, and other internal teams to support timely and accurate servicing of licensed content.

  • Update and maintain deal and delivery information across internal tracking systems and databases.

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of client avails reports and internal tracking reports.

  • Support Sales Operations with administrative and coordination tasks as needed, including documentation and status updates.

  • Help track delivery milestones and flag issues or discrepancies for follow-up.

  • Provide general support to the Sales Operations team in a dynamic, evolving business environment.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts.

  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.

  • Careful attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.

  • Deep knowledge of Film/TV content a plus.

  • Experience with tools such as iRights, iPlatform, QuickBase, or other rights management and delivery systems is a plus

  • 1-2 years of prior entertainment industry experience.
