Temp Coordinator, Content Licensing
We are searching for a Coordinator, Content Licensing, to join our Global Licensing team in our West Los Angeles office. This opportunity will provide the right candidate a hands-on learning experience. This role will focus on everything from creating content avails lists, assisting with the creation of sales decks, inputting deal information into our rights database and supporting the Content Licensing team as needed in this constantly evolving side of the entertainment business. The successful candidate will possess a friendly can-do attitude, and is motivated, intellectually curious, organized, adept at multitasking,
and can work independently. This is a full-time temporary position.
Reports to: Director, Content Licensing
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $25/hr - $27/hr; 6 months contract with possibility of an extension to full-time permanent
Paid Time Off: Holidays, Paid Sick Leave
Work Location: We offer a flexible, hybrid setting where employees work both from home and onsite in West LA.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between Business Affairs, Finance, Production, Creative Department and Content Licensing to ensure Radial’s titles are properly serviced across all distribution methods and platforms both domestically and internationally.

Curate Client Avails generated from the Sales Operations department.

Liaise with Sales Operations to schedule Film/TV titles for delivery with our Production team, relaying delivery methods, dates, and specifications.

Prepping and tracking invoicing with Finance for closed deals.

Serve as primary account manager on non-theatrical accounts for the company including but not limited to Swank, airlines, clip licensing, and repertory bookings.

Work with Director on negotiations for additional new business deals that come into the company.

Provide weekly pending deal report to various company stakeholders and update the monthly closed report.

Assist SVP with scheduling and coordination of meetings.

Assist the Content Licensing team with scheduling at content markets and film festivals.

Assist in coordinating metadata, art and additional deliverables for onboarding with external partners.

Analyze and interpret distribution windows in licensing agreements, liaising with Sales Operations to confirm all licensing windows appear valid.

Assist with sales sheets and presentation decks to effectively communicate team initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts.

Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.

Careful attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.

Deep knowledge of Film/TV content a plus.

1-2 years of prior entertainment industry experience.
