David Landau

David Landau is VP, Digital Sales for Shout! Studios where he oversees Shout’s EST/VOD business across all platforms, including Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, Vudu and many more. David has been with Shout! since 2007, transitioning from Physical Sales to Digital Sales in 2017. As head of the Digital Sales division – one of the fastest growing parts of the company’s business – his understanding of industry trends and consumer demand results in maximizing promotions and sales of Shout’s releases on all platforms. David has played a key role in launching major releases in the EST space, including several Studio Ghibli classics, many of GKIDS’ critically-acclaimed anime films, and Shout! Studios’ star-driven theatrical films, including Old Henry and Language Lessons.

A 20+ year veteran of entertainment media sales and marketing, David was previously a Sales Representative at Caroline Distribution, the independent arm of EMI Music. A graduate of California State University Northridge, David lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters. He is an ardent supporter of the Los Angeles Dodgers and vinyl records, not necessarily in that order.
