Marketing Intern

We are searching for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in our Los Angeles office. This role provides hands-on marketing experience across entertainment properties, supporting partnership, promotional, and sales initiatives. The internship will focus on research, developing marketing plans, and helping create sales and promotional materials that drive awareness around key programming. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and the ideal candidate is curious, motivated, well-organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working both independently and with the larger team. This is a paid, part-time position on a hybrid work schedule with a 20 to 25-hour weekly commitment including 2 days in the office.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Rate: $17.82/hr. 3-4 days a week (negotiable); up to 3 months or more.
Paid Time Off: 24 hours of sick leave

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing team across all programming and campaigns.

  • Assist in developing marketing plans, presentations, and supporting materials.

  • Conduct consumer, fan, and competitive research to inform campaign strategies and provide actionable insights.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing fresh, creative ideas to help reach new and existing audiences.

  • Attend weekly and monthly team meetings, take notes, and track follow-up tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Support special projects such as identifying potential marketing partners, gathering campaign materials, writing social media content, developing pitch and recap decks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Production, Business Affairs, and Creative.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees.

  • Strong organizational, time management and a quick learner.

  • Careful attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS

  • Interest in entertainment and a deep knowledge of Film/TV content a plus.
