Digital Distribution Sales Intern
We are searching for a hybrid Digital Distribution Sales Intern to join our Sales team in our West Los Angeles office. The Sales department for North America Digital Distribution is a busy, seven-person team, giving an intern ample opportunity to get hands-on experience in all areas of content licensing and strategy. The successful candidate will possess a friendly can-do attitude, and is motivated, intellectually curious, organized, adept at multi-tasking, and can work independently. This is a paid, part-time position with a 20 to 25-hour
weekly commitment.
Reports to: Senior Manager of North America Digital Distribution
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Rate: $17.82/hr. 3-4 days a week (negotiable); up to 3 months or more
Paid Time Off: 24 hours of sick leave
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the NA Digital Distribution Sales team.

Learn and use the rights management system to pull reports, avails, and maintain accurate content availability data.

Populate and prepare metadata and sales assets (e.g., screening links, artwork, decks, documents) for distribution partners.

Perform Monthly Platform QC checks for key partners.

Manage screener and trailer requests for the Sales team.

Maintain internal trackers, databases, and team calendars, including vacation schedules.

Assist with compiling, formatting, and organizing presentation materials and other documentation for the Sales team.

Attend weekly/monthly meetings, taking notes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, travel accommodations, and expense reporting.

Support ad hoc and special projects, including research on content availability, distribution trends, and cross-department collaborations (e.g., Production, Business Affairs, Creative).

Coordinate client-related needs, such as gifts and communications.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees.

Strong organizational, time management and a quick learner.

Careful attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.

Deep knowledge of Film/TV content a plus.
